Who I Am

I am Amy Guerrier - trauma integration specialist, high-performance coach, and joy curator

I bring:

  • A grounded, trauma-informed toolkit (NLP, EFT, somatic work, authentic relating)

  • A background in performance and play (yes, circus arts too!)

  • A whole lot of lived experience turning chaos and crisis into clarity, strength, and humour

I do not just teach resilience, I live it. I bring lightness to the heavy, honesty to the hard, and play to the parts of life that feel the heaviest.
